Here’s how our program works:

1. Complete the contact form

Click the link above and to our intake form, and fill out your name and contact information. (This should be a parent’s information, not an athlete’s.)

2. Schedule your call

Once you complete the intake form, you will be prompted to schedule a call with me. Here we will discuss details from the intake form & schedule an assessment for your athlete

3. Schedule your free assessment and consultation

In the assessment, I will take your athlete through a 35-40 minute testing & workout period in order to develop a success plan based on his/her needs. Following the assessment, we will meet as a group to discuss the results and decide from our membership options based on your athlete’s needs
