How sign up works:
Click ‘Book’ next to Adult Program Onboarding Call. This will prompt you to answer a couple basic questions, then book a time for us to connect over the phone.
Whatever time you book for, I will call you to start getting to know you, as well as schedule your starting point session.
Show up to the starting point session - this will take about 30-40 minutes. There is no workout, just a conversation about you, your goals, and how we can help you achieve them.
During this starting point session, if you decide to join Strength For Today, we will begin to create a progress plan for you as well as get you all set up and ready to start booking classes.
